Government central planning never works, central banks are right out of the communist manifesto. Perfect example China has a significant real estate bubble, they built numerous cities that are completely empty. When reality checks in and people realize their investments are worth dick, they will all attempt to sell simultaneously tanking the market. If you thought the US real estate crisis was bad you haven't seen anything yet.
