Entrenamiento de front lever y front lever touch [ESP-ENG]
Hola amigos de #hive y #swc, estoy actualmente ando inactivo en mi blog por que la verdad no me he sentido con mucho ánimo en grabar nada ya que estoy enfocado más en seguir mejorando, ando entrenado a veces por cumplir y porque me hace sentir bien y ahorita con esfuerzo hice alguna tomas para traerlos a ustedes, espero les guste eso es parte de mi entrenamiento del día de hoy espero les guste este contenido que traje con mucho cariño para ustedes. Hace 2 semanas cambie mi planificación de entrenamiento después de casi 5 a 6 meses de estar con un plan que me dio buenos resultados pero que ahora estuve en busca de un cambio para seguir mejorando y continuar con el progreso, estoy entrenando 4 días a la semana estaticos, poder moves y básicos de manera continua sin llegar al fallo luego descanso los 3 días restantes hasta comenzar el lunes de la siguiente semana bien recuperado.
Hello friends of #hive and #swc, I am currently inactive on my blog because the truth is that I have not felt much in the mood to record anything since I am focused more on continuing to improve, I am training sometimes to fulfill and because it makes me feel well and now with effort I made some shots to bring to you, I hope you like it that is part of my training today I hope you like this content that I brought with great love for you. 2 weeks ago I changed my training planning after almost 5 to 6 months of being with a plan that gave me good results but now I was looking for a change to continue improving and continue with the progress, I am training 4 days a week static, being able to move and basic continuously without reaching failure then rest the remaining 3 days until starting on Monday of the following week well recovered.
